2.1 Description: Taqueria y Pupuseria Poli offers catering services, providing Mexican and Salvadorian cuisine for various events, including but not limited to weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
2.2 Booking: To book our catering services, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the event, including the date, location, estimated number of guests, and any dietary preferences or restrictions.
2.3 Confirmation: Catering orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract or agreement and any required deposits.
3.1 Quotations: Catering prices are provided based on the information provided by the customer. Prices are subject to change if there are any modifications to the event details.
3.2 Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required to secure catering services. Full payment is typically due before the event date. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process.
4.1 Cancellations: Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees. Details regarding cancellations and associated fees will be outlined in the catering agreement.
4.2 Changes: Changes to the event details, including guest count, must be communicated and confirmed in writing within a reasonable timeframe.
5.1 Delivery and Setup: Taqueria y Pupuseria Poli is responsible for the safe delivery and setup of catering orders. The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe space for food service.
5.2 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Taqueria y Pupuseria Poli of any allergies or dietary restrictions among the guests.
Taqueria y Pupuseria Poli is not liable for any damages or issues arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or venue restrictions.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
